Job Description
The objective of the Caller is review medical information and documents and process information according to our customer guidelines to ensure the patients get their medical equipment on time, the order information is accurate, the service is covered and billed to the appropriate insurance and/or the pharmacy departments receive information on time. Make and receive phone calls is an essential part of caller activities. This position is required to work full time, 9.6 hr/day 5 days per week. The schedule may vary according to the company needs. Time availability is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze account notes and medical documents and input information into correspondent application.
Call and fax doctor’s offices and hospitals to request medical documents and follow up on previous requests.
Call and receive calls from patients to request or provide information.
Call insurance companies to review patient’s information.
Review medical documents to ensure information is accurate and send information to the appropriate department.
Meet production and quality goals.
Job Requirements
Math skills
Advanced English for verbal and written communication.
Good pronunciation.
Good interpersonal skills.
Intermediate computer skills for fast scrolling through pharmacy apps.
Time availability, this position may require shift changes.
High school
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to work night/early shifts and weekends.
